Message from the Dealer Principal
Hyundai Sandton boasts to being the biggest independent Hyundai dealership in the country.
The Hyundai product speaks for itself, having risen into the top 5 volume sellers in the world. Along with the pride I have in the attitude of my staff, from the sales executives, service centre senior staff through to the technicians, administration and cleaning staff is what makes Hyundai Sandton the success that it presently is. Our staff retention over the years has resulted in a crew that know their business in all areas. The sales staff some of whom have been with us since inception, know their product and client base extremely well and do an average of 30% of the monthly sales by way of repeat buyers and referrals. That apprehensive feeling you have when you walk into a new car dealership does not exist at Sandton, the friendliness and openness of the staff will soon have you at ease and make your purchase an absolute pleasure.
Our service centre is headed by Grant Vere-Russell as workshop manager. Errol Ellie is our costing clerk and Alet Herbst is our warranty clerk, James Anderson as foreman and master technician and 12 technicians. Four experienced service advisories (Nareen Singh, Nhlanhla Mdluli, Charlene Coetzee and Janet Mothoagae). Brett Le Roux handles our customer service. These people between them can boast well in excess of 100 years of experience in the motor industry. We take in approximately 45 service/repair bookings a day and can proudly show that on our CSI scores under the question "Would you refer other people to the Sandton service centre" we score a 100% "YES"
Our parts department division has Brian Van Nelson as parts manager and Nick Kent, Jermaine Palmer and Henry Gallant as parts sales executives. Brian Van Nelson has been in the motor trade for 30 years plus and has served 7 years as parts manager at Hyundai. He is dedicated to customer care and will give only the best service. My assurance to you is that we will give the best service possible and if we drop the occasional ball, my office has no doors and I welcome clients input, whether complaint or bouquet.

This has been our strategy from the beginning and we haven’t looked back for a moment…”
